How To Build-Up The Perfect Attack in FC 24?

Hi guys, welcome back to a new video on the channel! I'm back again, not with a formation, but with a guide on how to build your perfect attack in FC 24. In this guide, we'll be looking at the best ways to attack, build up your plays, and do the right things around the box. I'll take you through my thought process with examples from my attacking goals.

1. Switching the Ball and Triggering Runs

Example 1

In the first example, we switch the ball to the right side, and we have Valde there. We can see Forlan in the middle, and he's available. We let Forlan run, pause it a few times, play some tiki-taka, and let our opponent guess every time. We finish it with KDB.

Key Point:
Valde gives an L1 pass, which triggers his run. This run can be used either as a decoy or to play him in, creating space in the middle.

Example 2

In the second clip, we have the ball in the middle. We move it to the left, eventually finding KDB. He chips it up, passes it to R9, and it's a back shot into the goal. Here, we go quicker, starting the clip in midfield.

Key Point:
Quick passing play is crucial. Trigger a player on the run, pass it in the air (utilizing aerial strength), knock it down, and finish.

2. Using Space and Decoy Runs

Example 3

We pass the ball to the right side again. Valde makes a run, but we don't play it to him. More space opens up in the middle, and KDB and Enzo capitalize on it with their pink plus play style.

Key Point:
Utilize space and decoy runs. Trigger runs on the outside, pass inside, and speed up the attack.

Example 4

In a counterattack, we have R9. We run past his defender to the outside, dragging the defender with us. This opens up space in the middle for Forlan. Sherlo makes a run, we pass it to him, and it's a goal.

Key Point:
Drag defenders out of position to create space for attackers. Use the space effectively and finish.

3. Building Up from the Back

Example 5

We start with Rudiger at the back. It's more of a buildup now. We pass to the right back, then to the striker, and back immediately. The defender gets dragged out, and space opens up in the middle. We make the right decisions and finish.

Key Point:
Drag players out of position and exploit the space they leave behind.

Example 6

With Theo from the back, we go through the middle. Enzo makes a pass to Forlan, then out wide to Theo. Theo drags the defender out, we pass inside again, find R9, and although he hits the post, we get the rebound.

Key Point:
Keep players on the run. Use the runs to drag defenders out and create space in the middle.

4. Utilizing Crosses and Speeding Up Play

Example 7

This time, we switch it all the way to the right to Valde. We find Forlan, do some tiki-taka, and trigger a run to the outside. We decide to cross it to Serlo at the back post, who knocks it down and shoots.

Key Point:
Use crosses when appropriate. Get into space, get up the pitch, and execute the magic around the box.

Example 8

In the final clip, we have Gvardiol and Theo inside. We play it low to the space, pass it back, and use the P Pass Plus. Musella turns, can't find space, but then Enzo finds it with a pink pass, touch, and shoot.

Key Point:
Drag players out, pass inside, speed up play, and finish efficiently.

This is how you build the perfect attack in FC 24.
